The Human Resources department will have the ability to evaluate suitable candidates for the position, by reviewing resumes online, in person or through email, also timely. Another important element that new technology will improve is the management of performance, attendance and absence records. The new system will allow the human resources department to be proactive in tracking absence reasons, developing job descriptions, evaluating employees and labor relations. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Human Resources Information System (HRIS) cannot be implemented without the following challenges: human error when entering information, malfunctions, and employee training. The HR manager and the HR team develop recommendations to address and compensate for the above challenges. The HR department will be in contact with the new system representative for six months. To stabilize human error when entering information, two people will enter the data; furthermore; to the system representative, and every day an error report will be printed. The HR department has agreed to work every Saturday until the new systems are operational.
