    Fear in the Dark and Cold NightEveryone has had the experience of being afraid at least a few times in their life. Being afraid is like a double edged sword, being afraid can be beneficial and increase blood flow and adrenaline, but being scared to death can be limiting and cause panic. Some people can't even go to dark places or swim in water when they can't see the bottom, simply out of fear of the unknown.
