In “Sabbath Morning at Sea,” a stanza that includes imagery is: “The new sight, the new marvelous sight!” The waters around me, turbulent, The skies, impassive over me, Calm in moonless and sunless light..." It explains the senses of the environment and gives the reader an imagination of how the scene is and the tone sounds very exciting. Another example is from “The Holy Night” which is “With long pale beards…” which shows a picture of what readers will actually see when they imagine.
