As mentioned by Sahin, Ozdemir and Unsal in the article Assessing the Relationship Between Internet Addiction and Depression Among College Students, “Internet Addiction is a Problem important health problems more frequently observed in adolescence. because adolescents are more vulnerable both socially and emotionally.” This quote indicates that teenagers are the ones who are most vulnerable because nowadays they have smartphones, tables, laptops and desktops. In evaluating the relationship between Internet addiction and college depression, it is mentioned that there is a positive relationship between duration of Internet use and Internet addiction. Teenagers have a lot of free time, which leads them to use the Internet for long periods of time.
