The idea at the center of these principles is that one becomes what one frequently thinks about, in this case success (i.e. rich). Hill outlines a method he created to translate his thoughts into reality, creating in an individual an insatiable hunger and drive to succeed. Barnes, Hill shows how strong desire, perseverance, and other principles, if applied effectively, can be combined to create conditions favorable to success. This book is written to guide everyone, whatever their profession, in their daily endeavors, because new inspiration can always be found. Hill emphasizes principles and methods that must address the mind because it is a powerful weapon.
