    The positive and negative effects of information technologies on business communication. Information technology (IT) has revolutionized the way the world communicates with each other. Since the beginning of the 20th century, most means and means of communication have been developed or completely changed through the use of information technologies in many areas of human life. In previous years, the means of communication were limited to sending and receiving regular mail or calling via office landlines, but the mail system was not fast enough and the person had to stay physically to the office to be able to make a phone call. However, business people now have a variety of better choices. Nowadays, businesses around the world are using high-tech tools such as laptops have replaced huge computers, e-commerce has replaced in-person meetings, highly efficient email system has replaced slow sending of letters and the mobile phone replaced the landline. As a result, many aspects of commerce will operate less efficiently without the use of these technologies. This essay will focus on the impact of IT on business communication because the changes have been so significant and notable. The essay will argue that IT has brought both positive and negative changes to communication in business relationships. Many business owners rely on the use of these amazing intelligence technologies every day. Merchants can track their customers in four more convenient ways. First of all, business people can talk directly and instantly online with other customers around the world through e-commerce. Second, laptops and notebooks encourage work hours and work location to be flexible and adjustable. Finally, use the middle of paper to help businessmen stay in closer contact with customers. Meanwhile, laptops are more easily stolen or lost than desktop computers and customers can also provide crucial feedback on the security of the e-commerce system.
