He did not speak to me. I entered. The lights were dim and there were bright blue lights on the ground. Carved rock columns covered the Mandir; they were sculptures of deities. Around the room were small open rooms for each of the deities. There were about ten in the room. Each was either a man or a woman. I noticed that the majority of them had four arms, and an elephant's trunk for a nose. Again, there were details everywhere. Some statues wore animal parts as clothing; while others (especially males) wore a bright orange scarf. I looked up and noticed the beautiful carved ceiling. It reminded me of a church, but there are often paintings there. I did not attend a service. Maybe I misunderstood this part. However, I understood that they close the temple almost every hour for some reason I'm not sure. I saw people praying. I noticed that the women were praying while seated. A man was standing in front of a statue and the next thing I know his whole body is on the ground, worshiping the deities. The women also had in their hands a round thread with beads on it; in Islam we also use something similar and it is called
