From concussions to career-ending knee injuries, almost all football players suffer from football-related injuries. The cost of an injury can also be devastating. But fortunately, there are prevention methods that can at least prevent as many injuries. Concussions are one of the most common injuries in football. A concussion is a change in mental status due to traumatic impact (Levine). Football players are very susceptible to concussions.
