My apologies for the mistakesWhen we thought about making this book, they were willing to help us. To anyone who receives my book and finds errors, I first apologize. Let me offer an excuse to focus the blame on something other than myself. I did not submit this book to any publishing house, for two reasons. 1. Since my heart surgery (see how I'm going straight to the sympathy vote) I've been determined to show myself, others but especially myself that I can do it. 2. My impatience got the better of me. I couldn't bear to suffer rejection after rejection, month after month. Sitting and waiting for the next letter to tell me thanks but no thanks, making me too afraid to press the keys to unlock the door to the next book. And that leads to errors. My wife helped me as best she could. could, I think she read the first chapter of this book, 12 times alone. I think it starts to lose its magic after the fifth time. Especially when you're not reading to enjoy, but rather to look for mistakes, misspellings, or usages in bad text. You don't understand...
