The introduction of the Internet into modern society has brought about a new era of information reporting. Since there is no longer a need to wait for the next print day, information from around the world is available at your fingertips within hours or even minutes of the event. With the advent of easily accessible information, new problems have also arisen for the media. In addition to the risk of losing a good economic situation because newspapers are no longer purchased in the same quantities as before, the credibility of the information itself is also called into question. No one would argue that the credibility of information sources is unimportant, but there is a divergence in what takes precedence; economy and speed or correctly disseminate information from the first publication, taking the time to ensure that all the facts are verified. It is essential to have a system for monitoring all information submitted. People trust and believe what they read without always asking questions. If all information was not thoroughly verified, there would be cases where people would read an article only for the information included to be false and would continue to believe that information. This can be very dangerous because uninformed people make uninformed decisions. With the increase in errors made by citizen bloggers and even major publications, many fear that journalistic ethics and media credibility are being sacrificed in order to maintain the speed of the information circuit and retain their personal profits.
