    President, referees, opposition members, team colleagues, ladies and gentlemen, I have the great pleasure of proposing today the motion to ban cell phones in schools. Try to imagine this scene, ladies and gentlemen (pause for effect). You are in your favorite class. This is the class you've been looking forward to all day. Your professor brings to light a truly fascinating theory and you are just beginning to grasp its meaning. You're engaged and, believe it or not, you're actually learning! Then suddenly, the soothing tones of the “Fat Frog” theme song fill the classroom. All hell is breaking loose. The teenagers burst out laughing. The teacher stiffens, blushes and yells: “Whose phone is this? The next ten minutes of class are devoted to denials and recriminations. When peace finally returns, the bell rings and class is over.
