America is a federal republic with the oldest federation in the world. Immigration has played a major role in shaping this nation. It has been heavily affected by immigration and continues to be, which is why the country has very strict immigration laws. America is primarily represented by exclusively English-speaking legislation, while the nation has welcomed immigrants from all countries, most of whom did not speak English. Immigration laws have affected natives as well as immigrants in this country. These strict immigration laws have major effects on people's lives and careers (especially legal immigrants). People who wish to live or do business in the United States become victims of these laws, even if they have chosen the legal and righteous route to do so. Most people cannot get the US visa they want. They sometimes have to wait several years. This suffering is caused to them by the people who chose the wrong path to settle in America. So, the solution to the problem is that legal immigrants should not suffer because of undocumented immigrants and amendments should be made to the laws so that people choosing impeccable means to achieve their dreams can enjoy some relaxation . America's immigration laws should be a little more lenient without endangering the nation's security. The most fundamental problem is obtaining the American visa. This is the problem facing many countries around the world. American embassies in most countries around the world are very strict, which is also very fair, because they have to be careful about who enters the country and whether or not a person should enter the country. Talking about the people who are suffering, the disruption in the middle of paper...... fake and fraudulent employment and documents etc. President Obama should also oppose programs establishing partnerships between local police and ICE. The tough bills approved are not only aimed at combating illegal immigration, but can also have many negative impacts on legal immigrants. But it appears that this bill will affect family-based immigration and also legal immigrants who will receive many public benefits. Many argue that these bills attack not only illegal immigrants, but also the right of legal immigrants to be part of American society. The rights of legal immigrants must be protected. Tackling the problem of undocumented immigrants must not endanger the dreams and rights of legal immigrants..
