    The Syrian 'Logic Bomb' of 1982State cyberattacks are characterized by nations attempting to infiltrate, shut down, gather information from, or destabilize another nation, state, or other country. These attacks are funded and protected by their respective governments and either target agencies of other states, contractors who work for them, or any other entity providing a critical service to that state. Currently, laws are being created to deal with this type of attacks because it is a new form of terrorism and its ever-changing countries are not one-on-one with them, so they try to adapt as best they can, but usually fail. Now an important distinction needs to be made: there is a fine line between cyberwar and cyberterrorism, usually identified by the fact that there is a known conflict between the nations involved.
