They may either be serious or some may look the other way. Bullying is serious and should never be done. Again, we cannot control a bully or make someone choose to be a bully. Everyone makes the decision either from what they see or without even realizing that they are doing it and this is how an individual learns from their action. I have never been a victim of bullying, but based on the news reports about bullying, it is something serious and should not even be done at any time. I am against it and believe that we are all human and deserve to be treated with some sort of respect simply because we are all human, learning to live and living to learn. We learn from our rights and our wrongs, from our actions or actions. One thing to stop bullying is to not even act on it. It is useless and meaningless to act. People can get hurt and sometimes the consequences can become too severe to handle. Which can lead a person to harm themselves or others simply by a few bad choices or words spoken to someone. Knowing that you can be kind and respectful even if you don't like something or if someone respects themselves. You can learn from experience or by observing your environment on your own or from others around you. We all have a bully within us, some choose to be a bully to themselves and others choose to be a bully to others. It's not good anyway.
