Job candidates should be judged based on their social media profiles because social media gives a positive image of the candidate, proves the information in the resume, and helps identify whether or not the person fits the culture of the job. For example, when a recruiter accesses a person's blog that includes art and design work, it will show their passion for working as a designer at the company.
