It examines the psychological dynamics of individuals who are hesitant to communicate and freely face threatening information in organizations. Therefore, internal psychological safety is linked to the emotional aspects of an employee. Furthermore, Baer and Frese (2003) argue that to develop a climate of psychological safety and a climate of initiative, an employee must feel comfortable and not be blamed by others. It can be concluded that employees should be safe and feel comfortable to be themselves not only as individuals but also as a team and willing to express their opinions at work in case of uncomfortable conditions at work. Thus, this means that internal psychological safety affects the psychological safety of an employee when he or she becomes a member of a team (Baer & Frese, 2003; Edmondson, 1999; Idris et al..,
