It examines the psychological dynamics of individuals who are hesitant to communicate and freely face threatening information in organizations. Therefore, internal psychological safety is linked to the emotional aspects of an employee. Furthermore, Baer and Frese (2003) argue that to develop a climate of psychological safety and a climate of initiative, an employee must feel comfortable and not be blamed by others.
