    They go to extreme lengths just to get that one photo. They intrude and disrupt special occasions, but they also intrude into celebrities' daily activities. They could just run a few errands and yet they will still be in the public eye. In 2005, then-governor Arnold Schwarzenegger amended the “anti-paparazzi” law. (CNN) This law aims to ensure much-needed privacy. It's not just celebrities who need more privacy, but especially children. As Penelope Cruz states, "I ask for the right to protect (my) child's privacy, I don't care if they take pictures of myself. Children's privacy should be respected. It should be illegal to post photos of children unless it is the parents' decision (USA Today). Public figures do not consent to an invasion of their privacy. This is not because these people are constantly under surveillance. in the eyes of the public that they must be denied the right to privacy and respect that they have.
