There are some common strategies to implement effectively in HIV and TB patients, such as multidrug-resistant therapy (MDR-TB). Antiretroviral treatment (ART) is an effective strategy among HIV and TB patients in India. Most patients received antiretroviral treatment. Over the last 50 years, India has improved its healthcare system to cure infected diseases, namely HIV and tuberculosis. Directly observed treatment (DOTS) has been successfully implemented in India for HIV and tuberculosis patients. To improve direct observation treatment, the Indian government has taken some basic steps.1. Sufficient human resources and funding2. Improve laboratory facilities to detect all forms of HIV and TB and detect cases through drug susceptibility testing (DST)3. Program monitoring
