Therefore, I learned from this situation to manage my time more correctly and wisely. Since the first term, my academic performance has improved significantly, thanks to the improvement in my planning skills. Over the past few years, I have completed internships in both the private and public sectors, internships which have equipped me with exceptional confidence, leadership skills - in short, with work and communication skills. I first joined Sberbank and then did an internship at Colliers International. My last internships were extremely useful in terms of gaining practical knowledge and useful for selecting the desired future career. For example, at McKinsey & Company I had to face very intense projects in different sectors, thus expanding my knowledge of the business world. I am currently an intern at Credit Suisse and this internship gave me a fantastic opportunity to see first-hand how global banks work and gain.
