WWE's operations focus on professional wrestling, a simulated sport. It is currently the largest professional wrestling company in the world. The company previously existed as Capitol Wrestling Corporation (CWC), which promoted under the banner of World Wide Wrestling Federation (WWWF), then World Wrestling Federation (WWF) and later World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE).
