Emotional LaborSummary This work was carried out to examine the nature and impact that emotional labor brings to the lives of employees working in evolving customer service industries fast. In particular, this article addresses both the possible positive and harmful effects of emotional labor. Along the same lines, these writings have determined what a rapidly evolving customer service industry is. Likewise, this article also describes the likelihood of fast-paced customer service industries integrating emotional labor into their system. In addition, this work discussed the responsibilities that employees, the employer and the organization may have in order to address this problem in the field of work.IntroductionWhen people are placed in a provocative situation, their tendency to tolerate, hide or express their reaction to such a situation the event is under their control and decision.
