The method used was a mixture of data collection and participants. Participants' personal information was collected from 2007 to 2009 using the computerized Behavioral Health Outcomes Management System. Participants were youth aged 10 to 19 years old who were receiving services due to domestic violence and/or neglect. Participating parents received $33 per completed assessment, funded by a grant. The study used an effective reporting method to measure how technology software can help workers develop a new resilience model and minimize workload size. Results showed that this technology can help social workers manage the size of their caseload, helping workers prioritize assessments.
