Throughout our lives, we as people face many adversities and go through countless stressful situations. It is through these adversities that we have the opportunity to learn more about ourselves and, in turn, discover who we really are. Adversities can be any difficult period of grief or loss of a loved one, to a defining moment in a person's career that they must overcome to advance in the workplace. Whichever way you look at it, the challenges are all the same. On the other hand, there is an obstacle that few people face.
