    One of the critical issues managers face when managing cultural diversity in a global environment is stereotyping. As a perceptual process, stereotypes have a significant impact on organizational behavior. It is a term used to classify individuals into certain groups based on their ethnicity, gender, age, and other indices (McShane & Von Glinow, 2010). As we mentioned above, stereotypes manifest themselves in various forms. One of the serious forms is race, linked to cultural prejudices. Today, it is common to encounter racial stereotypes in the European context. There are obviously situations in which employees behave in accordance with general information about certain cultural groups.
