IntroductionIn the current economic situation of India, organizational training programs have become an important advantage for businesses. The focus of this study has arisen in the current Indian context, where Indian organizations are investing large sums of money in training infrastructure. Indian employees spend a lot of their time and efforts on training programs. Training in any organization is of utmost importance to both the employer and the employee as both parties seek to improve performance and increase productivity and therefore tend to emphasize its benefits (Dominic Wong 2007). There is therefore an urgent need for better approaches to learning and knowledge management. Online learning can do all this and more. Online learning holds great promise for training and development (Marc J. Rosenberg and Steven Foreman 2010). As a result, online learning systems have spread rapidly in recent years in India. The training process aims to improve an individual's knowledge, skills, attitudes and/or behaviors, to successfully complete a specific job task or long-term organizational goal. Training is often business needs driven and focused on critical business skills and knowledge, and its goal is often to improve performance. Training in key business and professional skills in today's competitive environment cannot be ignored if you want your employees to develop and contribute to the growth of your business. But many companies aren't using technology to its full potential. A learning plan could also include work experience, research projects, and mentoring and coaching.
