In Japan people are very polite, while in Australia they are direct. Even considering the color red, it means stop or danger in the UK, good fortune in China and a symbol of death in Türkiye. This shows a big difference in culture and thinking between people from different countries. The behavior and way of thinking of individuals differ across cultures and have been studied by many political scientists and sociologists from the perspective of global diversity patterns and their implications. Figure 1: Organizational Culture In this essay, the author is interested in how business organization and its management decisions are affected by cultural diversity and the resulting differences in expectations, norms and the behavior of particular groups of managers, colleagues, customers or employees (Earley, 2006). Few examples will be cited in this essay by the author whenever necessary for a proper understanding of the point of view. At the beginning, the author will give a brief overview of the topic covered. This will then be supported by discussions on globalization and the challenges international organizations face during its launch in various countries, organizational culture and its implications, the implication of national culture on an organization and how management of the organization in an international context is influenced by organizational and national culture. At the end, the essay will conclude with an analytical conclusion of the topics covered.
