The written constitution of the United States was developed in 1789 and was followed by France. The United Kingdom therefore has an unwritten constitution which is not a single document, but the constitutional rule of this country located in certain sources such as the Parliament Act, case law among others and other political parties. Otherwise, the British constitution was added by Act of Parliament. This means that England has its own legal system and analysis. Therefore, the Parliament Act included the British constitution, judicial decisions, the making of constitutional conventions and other political parties.
