In most states, smoking is now banned in public places, helping to reduce primary, secondary and third-party smoke. In Colorado, there is a new law that requires facilities that care for children to be tested for radon and does not allow them to use scented products. Other states like Colorado are also starting to enforce the law. In North Carolina, there is a law that “requires property owners to repair or remedy, within a reasonable time, any imminent dangerous situation ».
