Usually, airplane accidents are rarely the result of isolated events. In most cases, several factors are at play and connected like links in a chain to lead to such disastrous fatal accidents. However, pilot responses often constitute the final link in such a chain of events. The way pilots respond to emerging problems that cause airplane accidents is normally seen as the sole cause of such accidents, but investigations normally reveal many other causes. Among the many causes is the human error factor, which is most often cited even when it is not the actual cause. Human errors are the most common cause of airplane accidents, even when human errors can come from the maintenance technician, the pilot. omission or commission, the manager or supervisor, designer, ground crew or manufacturer of the aircraft (Beaty, 1995). Human error factors also lead to plane crashes due to critical pilot error. Controlled Flight into Flight (CFIT) is a common form of aircraft accidents caused by human error. This form of accident normally occurs when the pilot attempts to engage in an exciting flight (Hopkins, 2012).
