    So I took this into consideration and on the second day I managed to get the required amount of dairy and protein products. The only problem this day was that I was running out of grains and vegetables. I became so focused on my dairy and protein foods that I neglected the necessary amount of vegetables and grains. I actually found myself eating too much fruit instead of dividing it into two other categories. In my head, I thought day three would be easy, especially because I know what to eat. On the third day, the tracker claimed that I had exceeded the required amount for grains and dairy; instead, I eat too many protein foods and vegetables. Although my diet includes a wide variety of foods, I think I should know how to distribute them proportionally. For example, my dairy intake would be in the "OK" category if I drink 3 cups of milk every day or if I drink a cup of milk and eat a cup of yogurt. Although my fruit intake tends to increase, I can solve the problem by not constantly snacking on bananas. Instead, I might replace them with grapes or half a banana. My grain consumption conflicts with my vegetable consumption; I should probably cut back
