Although it is cliché to say that young people are the future, it is actually true that our decisions affect the future of humanity, we must therefore be aware of the dangers that threaten them. our existence and should be able to make wise decisions for the benefit of the planet. To create this awareness, disaster management programs should be organized, emergency exit plans should be prepared, regular mock exercises should be planned and necessary equipment should be installed to reduce the risk of disaster in the schools. Local schools prioritize DRR education because children can act as agents influencing change in society. This will not only help young people save their lives, but also save other lives. Disaster risk reduction is therefore important to generate sustainable development and must be implemented in all areas.
