The only basis for this statement is that black people were not raised the same way as white people. But how could they be, when any opportunity for them to improve as a whole has been destroyed by white supremacy? The ideology of whites towards blacks in this situation is perplexing, because, in essence, the fear and incomprehension felt by the white community was due largely to questions of their own making, not to actions of black people.
