    When it comes to communication, there are many underlying things that affect communication. Besides what is said, these things are non-verbal, non-written communication. These things are what the mind sees or hears and you don't necessarily have to recognize these subtle changes. Whether it's in the things you see from a subtle facial expression, a change of eyes, a squint and a turn of the head when something is said, or if it's l increase in tone of voice at the end of a sentence. Many of these things can change the entire meaning of what is said in a positive or negative way. Another important part of communication that doesn't have to do with how something is said but simply with listening.
