Some questions you may want to ask yourself are whether you want a large or small bridal shower. I once stood up at a wedding that had eleven bridesmaids and twelve groomsmen. I thought it was a bit excessive. Everything about this bride was chaotic. Some girls were late home, one never showed up, while another wore the wrong shoes. My husband and I decided not to have a big wedding party. I decided to only have family; while he chose to have the boys he grew up with. As a bride, you'll want to be able to count on your bridesmaids. They should be there for you every step of the way until marriage. I was lucky to have such a great group of girls.
