    “Seeing someone lose their mind like that. You know, it reminded me of how I feel sometimes. Like I was about to explode. All the stress, pressure and anxiety bubble up. But I'm never able to let it out like that. You know, I just keep it inside. The quote is from the movie "It's a Funny Story" and is based on the book created by Ned Vizzini. The film was written and directed by Anna Boden and Ryan Fleck. The film is about a young man (Craig) who feels suicidal and accidentally admits himself to a psychiatric center. What makes this film special is that it is inspiring, relevant and attempts, in a subtle way, to eliminate the stigma that comes with mental illness. When Craig first admits himself to the psychiatric center, he feels like he doesn't fit in because some of the patients have more serious mental problems. For example, one of the patients is schizophrenic and another patient, Muqtada, Craig's roommate, never leaves the room. Then Craig is shocked and feels like he doesn't belong. He immediately regrets admitting himself into the institution. ...
