Nowadays, as our world is developing at a lightning speed, many environmental problems are also arising. The question of solutions and practical ways to solve these problems is very controversial. When it comes to these solutions, there is much opposition among environmentalists, scientists, or even among those who seek beauty in Buddhism. After careful analysis, I concluded that Thich Nhat Hanh's mindful living practices, written in his book titled "The World We Have", are among the most practical ways to protect our damaged environment. Thich Nhat Hanh, a 90-year-old monk, believes that people on this earth are like sleepwalkers who have no idea about life.
