Using and creating opinions about data makes one vulnerable to data fraud and other unethical qualms. In order to maintain the integrity and core value of “Excellence”, we must ensure we provide accurate and honest representations of the data provided. By examining the data in the following table, one can appreciate the number of different analyzes that can be performed. Knowing the frequency doesn't tell the whole story without knowing the total. In this case, two employees represent 20% of the installation. The parent would understand this information much better if they were informed of the percentage. Additionally, this chart also describes that the data presented is discrete ordinal data. As we can see, data is very important in the field of education. From the simplest form of frequency diagram to relative frequency diagrams, the way the data is presented is essential. The additional time required to calculate percentages could force one facility to miss a shipment, causing hardship for others..
