    Human resources must find ways to develop their employees through career development programs. By doing so, it will reduce the turnover rate of organizations. This represents a significant investment for the organization in the money used for training and the possible loss of production without this employee. Every employee's career is different. According to Heathfield (2015), “Human resource development (HRD) is the framework for helping employees develop their personal and organizational skills, knowledge and capabilities. Human resource development includes opportunities such as employee training, employee career development, performance management and development, coaching, mentoring, succession planning, identification of key employees, tuition assistance and organizational development. The goal of any HR department is to develop one of the superior
