My top five virtues that I strive to have are patience, compassion, honesty, self-discipline, and loyalty. I believe these traits make me a better leader and ultimately a better person. I try to set an example of a good person to my children and to the soldiers I lead. I understand that we are not perfect but we should always strive to improve every day.
