There will always be a need for registered nurses in the medical industry because nurses will always try to meet the health needs of individuals. The healthcare industry in Canada is huge and requires the help of many nurses across the country. This career requires patience and determination to succeed at work. A career as a registered nurse will give me the satisfaction of knowing that I am able to help someone revitalize their health. Additionally, this article will expand on the type of industries nurses work in, including the type of sector, job security, and will focus largely on the union that protects nurses, specifically in the city of Toronto. Additionally, the registered nurse position requires specific qualifications like nursing training as well as long work hours. One issue that will be considered is the demand for nurses in Toronto and whether there will be a good chance of being able to find a nursing position after graduation.
