SUMMARY: In this book, there are two girls named Noah and Darcy. Noah and Darcy have been best friends since Darcy moved to Danville, Massachusetts, Noah's hometown. Darcy and Noah are complete opposites. Darcy is like a Goth who loves black and purple, can't live without the Internet, and is in love with crimes and mysterious cases. On the other hand, Noah is a nice guy who likes to help others, he loves astronomy and an "A+" student. Noah and Darcy had this social studies project due in a week that involved starting a small business that wasn't a real one because they were only in seventh grade. Darcy had the idea to create a website about the detective agency; their fake case will concern the detective agency. Noah agreed with the idea and they created "Partners in Crime". On the day of the presentation, Noah felt very nervous, but after the presentation, everyone loved it and Noah felt confident. After their introduction, Zane arrived (Noah's crush), he's a really nice person, he's nice to everyone, which made it hard for Noah to know if he likes him. Hunter (the school bully) threw a spitball at Zane's forehead during his presentation, causing him to mess up. After the bell rang, Darcy tied Hunter's shoes to a chair, causing him to fall in front of the entire class who were for Zane. After school, Darcy and Noah hung out at Noah's house. Darcy opened her laptop and checked their website. Suddenly there was a “Ding” on their website; it was an email about a real case! The mail came from someone anonymous, which made them curious. The case was to find the person's twin sister. Darcy and Noah responded for more information. The person gave them on her birthday (April 4) the name (Bailey Ann Banks) of her ...... middle of paper ......ion, and Noah said they wouldn't would tell anyone. Fiona's parents trusted them and stayed in Danville, Massachusetts. Fiona became friends with Noah and Darcy, and Noah discovered that Zane doesn't like Maya after all. Zane explained that he used to walk Maya home because Hunter used to pick on her while she was walking home. Fiona, Noah and Darcy were really happy, and now they know that you have to go through the darkness to see the light. ANSWER: This story is incredible; I was really interested in this story. This story is really unique, I made a lot of predictions in this story and one of them was that Fiona was Bailey. I think I'm a bit like Noah and Darcy. I like to be kind to others and I like bold and mysterious styles and I love the internet. There are a lot of things happening at once in this story, which is incredible. I'm really impressed with the author's work in this story..
