Essay / Reflection of the film Iron Man - 1450
In the film Iron Man by Jon Favreau, the story begins with Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.) aboard a military convoy with American soldiers in Afghanistan. While joking with the soldiers, their vehicle is suddenly attacked. Tony quickly runs away and hides behind a nearby rock while the soldiers try to fight but are quickly killed. Suddenly, Stark sees a missile being fired and landing near him. Before it explodes, he notices that the missile has the Stark Industries logo on it. When it explodes, the missile seriously injures Tony, allowing the terrorists to capture and videotape him. The film then flashes back to 36 hours before the attack so the audience can understand how Tony Stark presented himself before becoming Iron Man. In the public eye, Tony was known as a billionaire, genius, playboy, entrepreneur and philanthropist who became CEO of his father's company, Stark Industries, at the age of 21. He was more concerned with having a good time and partying. to work hard and care about improving your own business. When Tony was asked to accept an award for his achievements, his right-hand man Obadiah Stane (former partner of Tony's father, Howard Stark), wins the award in his place because Tony was nowhere to be found. That's when Stark's good friend, Colonel James "Rhodey" Rhodes, goes looking for him and ends up finding him partying at a nearby casino, showing Tony's lack of respect for others. and only cares about what he wants to do instead of what he should do. TO DO. He then avoids answering a reporter's questions about Stark Industries and takes her back to his house and sleeps with her. In the morning, we're in the middle of a sheet of paper... filling out the Iron Monger. Without Rhodey as well, Tony Stark would not have been able to keep his project so secret from the general public and would have saved his life when the fighter jets were pursuing the "unidentified aircraft". In order to finance Tony's secret Mack II and Mack III project, Pepper was able to help him as an executive assistant even though Tony is already a billionaire and owns a company that manufactures military weapons. Since Tony is the CEO of Stark Industries and a genius, everything that happens within his company goes through him first. However, I think he shouldn't have tried to run everything and keep his plans a secret from everyone like he did throughout the movie. In the real world, great ideas and inventions come from groups of people so that all of each individual's best ideas can be implemented to achieve a great result..
