You probably ended up here for many different reasons, but I'm guessing you're here to either lose weight, get healthy, OR possibly get more fruits and veggies into your diet! Whatever the reason you came to the right place! You may have already thought about drinking green smoothies and the idea of drinking your salad seemed disgusting. You're not alone, not everyone is as excited as I am about drinking a green vegetable concoction and refuses to consider it. If you're not a big fan of eating vegetables, what better way to make sure you get your daily servings? Green smoothies are simple, just add your favorite fruits and blend. At first, you may want to go easy on the green until your palate is ready, but before long you'll be craving spinach, kale, and other greens instead of a hamburger at your favorite fast food restaurant.
