This caused the entire robot to violently shake into an irreparable mess within seconds. Even after witnessing 2 months of hard work before my own eyes, I wasn't upset (I wish I could say the same about the rest of my team, but they were too broken up about it). Even though I put the most time and effort into this project, I couldn't help but laugh at how quickly it fell apart. The fact that it took just one piece not being in place to completely destroy our project was inconceivable before that moment. Learning from our previous mistakes makes it easier to go back and revise our mistakes. As we failed, we also learned in many more ways than if we had succeeded the first time. Engineering is finding a problem, creating a solution, building a prototype, testing said prototype, and starting this cycle again and again until you have something that works. Going back and analyzing why this happened was fun. Being able to take apart and reflect on what we built left me with a burning passion to continue my studies in
