Therefore, conclusively, the Popular Housing Process supports households who wish to increase their subsidies, this process allows them to create a housing support organization that will provide organizational assistance , technical and administrative, including training assistance and advice on how to build a house. This option is available on a project basis to beneficiaries through consolidation, institutional and project-related grants. It is also available in rural areas where people only have functional land rights to the land they live on. The popular housing process allows people to save on labor costs by carrying out part of the construction work themselves or getting help from family, neighbors and people. others; avoid having to pay developers; and master the decision-making process. The process allows the recipient to use a grant to build their own home (Ranson, 2005). Everyone involved in the process must have a support organization that provides the necessary technical support to ensure the home is built correctly.
