    The first habit is to be proactive, in order to apply this habit in our lives or in the office we must first know the opposite. Reactive people always focus on the things they can't control. For example, their boss, the amount of work, the distance to the office. A proactive person will look for solutions rather than problems, and what sets us apart from animals is our ability to differentiate and learn to adapt. To apply this habit in a work environment, a person must tell them that complaining is not going to help me even if all my problems were valid, so they must tell them that they will focus on what they can control. Questions asked, how can I improve? How can I make a good impression on people? To overcome my problems and build a network? The second habit is to start with the end in mind. This and the previous habit are aimed at moving a person from dependence to independence. The second habit gives us a tool to use to evaluate our goal of working hard to achieve higher income, more money and prestige. But have we taken the time to think about the purpose of all this?
