    Private Education vs. Public EducationPublic Education vs. Private Education A person's education is one of the most important factors in determining whether or not they will become a productive member of society . Therefore, when considering education, the quality of education is almost as important as the education itself. So when private schools came into the picture, the debate then began between public and private schools. Faced with the technological revolution we are going through, without good quality education, a person will be left behind. Even though public and private schools are separate institutions, they must follow certain guidelines, so there are many similarities between the two. For example, both school systems intend to give their students the best education within their means. Both have educated professionals who have decided to dedicate the remainder of their careers to advancing the education of our youth. They each implemented rules in hopes of maintaining a positive learning environment. They both use standardized tests as a tool to evaluate their students' progress. They can also access the weaknesses of these tests to improve the program they have composed. They also have club like volunteer groups that help people in their surrounding community.
