    IntroductionMost people describe their pharmacist as a bald, white, middle-aged man, standing behind a desk, counting pills from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., five days a week. However, what most people don't realize is that new and aspiring pharmacists gain the academic knowledge necessary to be able to step out from behind the desk. These pharmacists come together to recommend medications based on their own specialization in effects, dosage and content, as well as analysis of physical symptoms. According to Dan Brony in his article "Causes of prescribing errors in hospitalized patients: a prospective study", many chronic diseases such as asthma and migraines are underdiagnosed and poorly medicated, it is necessary for pharmacists to use the set of skills they have. and the specialization is drug knowledge, modern pharmacists are taking on more roles and are able to give accurate drug recommendations. Forbes magazine reports that the Federal Register states that "certain drug products that would otherwise require a prescription could be approved as over-the-counter drug products with some type of pharmacist intervention as a condition of safe use." Objective The objective of this study is to take a closer look. about how pharmacists create correct medication preparations for patients to help them get better. Also explore the new roles of the modern pharmacist.1. What qualifications and training should a retail pharmacist have? What courses should they take?2.
