    In today's world, many will say that going to college is not necessary and others will say that it is a necessity. There are a lot of people who don't have a college degree and are successful in life, but these days it's really important. There is so much competition to get hired and people now have to have a bachelor's degree. At least they prioritize you if they see you have an education. Many people think that having a degree is worthless because of the debt you can incur; but this degree will help you have a better future. Having a college degree is worth the investment if it's important to you. Education should never be a privilege reserved for a few, but a fundamental right for all who wish to better themselves. One reason people choose Not only are you well educated, but your opportunities expand when you earn a degree. College is what you want to succeed at. It may be worth the experience because you will be able to network with other people and meet new friends. Waking up every day is a different experience where you can discover yourself and awaken new passions that you never thought you had before. Everyone's college experience is different. It's up to you to make it memorable. Additionally, going to college increases your chances of finding a job. In the article “Is College Worth the Debt?” States that “If your intention is to study something you are passionate about and have new experiences that will increase your social and economic opportunities, college is probably worth the cost; you will just have to decide which college is best for you and your budget” (Alder). Pursuing a degree you're passionate about is always worth it, no matter who thinks otherwise. Many people will tell you that you will go into debt for a "worthless degree", but getting a degree is never worth anything if you work hard to get where you want to be, it will be worth it. Many people will try to discourage you because they have their own perception of things that doesn't mean it's right or wrong. This simply means that you should attend college because it is one of your goals.
