    Tschannen-Moran (2004) posits that principals and teachers who trust each other can work better together in service of difficult school issues. It is imperative that my actions within the school and the school community be an example of reliability, never taking sides with an opposing team, but striving to maintain a balance of fairness between all members of the staff.
